      Short version: Payhunt is currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist you're just giving us your email so we can notify you at launch. No purchase, no obligation.
    

1. Acceptance

By accessing payhunt.dev or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What Payhunt is

Payhunt is a Stripe-native invoice follow-up service currently under development. The website at payhunt.dev is a pre-launch waitlist page. No product or service is being sold at this time.

3. Waitlist

By submitting your email on our waitlist:

You consent to receive a single notification email when Payhunt launches
You are not entering into a purchase agreement or subscription
You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected]

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, logo, and code — is the property of Payhunt and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content. The product described is under development and features may change before launch.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payhunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided here.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Full terms at launch

When Payhunt launches as a paid product, comprehensive Terms of Service covering the Stripe integration, data processing, subscription, and refund policies will be published and will supersede this document.
